Tim has over 10 years of corporate and IP experience working in U.S. publicly traded companies and international law firms. He focuses on strategic IP and Corporation matters, including international IP prosecution, U.S. Patent and Trademark proceedings at PTAB and TTAB, IP validity and infringement litigation, corporate formation, business transactions, and technology licensing.
Tim has experience in a wide range of electrical/computer technologies, including computer server and cloud technologies, semiconductor devices, as well as mobile technologies.

Michelle C. Dunn – Partner & IP Attorney
Michelle practices the areas of patent and trademark law and serves a broad range of clients, from multi-national technology companies to start-up companies. With technical expertise spanning multiple disciplines, she represents clients in the procurement, litigation, and monetization of IP rights.
Michelle’s practice is international with an emphasis on the Asian IP markets. She has worked extensively with clients on developing both U.S. and foreign filing strategies.
Michelle serves as a general IP counsel in multiple emerging companies.
